Target Beauty Bargains
At target most of their items usually go on clearance I always check the "side" aisles in every section. I was wondering through the store when I found these little gems Maybelline quad in Designer chocolates that came with a little angled brush.
Next I found this Sonia Kashuk spring set that came with little cards on how to use the colors etc.
